The other night for dinner, I made home made egg rolls. They turned out so awesomely, I had to take some photos and blog about it. I got the recipe from Food Network, which I have been watching a LOT of lately. There is always something good on Food Network! Anyway, one of Drew and my favorite shows is Guy's Big Bite - he always makes some awesome looking meals and most of them are pretty easy. So, here is the recipe if you want to make your own, but feel free to change it up a bit like I did!

These look wonderful! When are you going to make them for me and Daddy?!?!? You're quite the little chef these days!
Mom
Yum!!! I bow my head to your culinary skills!
The dentist is in Irving: It's called 21st Century Dental. Seriously, from one dental phobe to another, go there. I kept thinking I didn't need to go to the big baby dentist, but then I was canceling my appointments! For seven years! Baby dentist, it would be. I can't imagine being too afraid to go there, no matter what the procedure! They are so nice! I have this false sense of having extra friends...
Speaking of, I cut my work week down THANK GOD. I wish I could cut it down even more, but I am committed through the semester on some stuff...Anyways, would you like to do a HH in Bishop Arts sometime?! Or, I've been wanting to try that Beckley BrewHouse sometime...
1. Re. traveling: Yes, we (I) say the exact same thing usually! Of course, we spend our money eating out, trying not to think of all of the things we should do on the house. I'm always telling B, "We can afford a trip if we just prioritize it," and we are in that place where we get all of B's money for the semester upfront (financial aid, baby), so we can pay ourselves first so to speak.
2. Yes, let's DO talk! I have a lot of fuzzy and awkwardly focused photos crying out your name!
3. I can't remember what 3 was. What was it...
Time lapse while I go check...
Oh, yes. Crochet. I'd to make this granny squares blanket I saw on Apartment Therapy. I bought the needles and all the Vanna White yarn, but I can't seem to figure it out from the online explanations.
Not to mention knitting and purling back to back.
I'm very confused lately.
Barbecue.
